What are the best strength supplements?
yes i work out, and i also do mma. i was wondering what are the best supplements for strength(legal). i want something that would still keep your strength even after you stop using it. nothing like creatine where the muscle is just water. something that gives you strength not just for a short period of time but also long term. im taking whey right now. i dont care much about muscle mass or size etc. (but it would be good) i care the most about STRENGTH

I took some stuff called Tren Extreme. It’s kinda like a legal pro hormone so if you are not into that then quit reading now. But anyways, it’s like 40 dollars a bottle and you’re not suppose to take it unless you are 18 or older. My bench press went from 365 to 425 in about 8 weeks and after I got off of it I started taking this other stuff for a month called INHIBIT-E. I have been off of the INHIBIT-E for about 2-3 months now and I can still put up 405 so I gained about 40 pounds on my bench press. It has some temporary side effects though….. Your sex drive is shot while you’re on it and it made my blood pressure and cholesterol level go up, but not to a very unhealthy level. Both of these are now back to normal as is my libido. But yeah, these are the best legal supplements I can think of, just don’t go crazy with them and take the minimum dosage, thats what I did.
