Combat Sports Mma Bag Gloves
Is there a style of MMA gloves that are more suitable for overall training?
I have joined a new gym that requires the use of MMA gloves compared to regular muay thai/boxing gloves. I have found three separate types and I am wondering if I can just buy one pair and use them for everything (hitting the bag, light sparring, cross-training): “Bag Gloves”, “Training Gloves”, and Fighting Gloves (least likely for overall use).

In My Opinion, I would get some good training gloves, & handwraps.
Because those type are good for almost any work out.
Plus handwraps for added protection.
