Ed Clay Mma Nashville
Does anybody have experience with “Ed Clay’s Mixed Martial Arts” in Nashville, Tennessee?
I am looking to begin training in a martial art, mostly for physical conditioning and self defense. I have looked at a few schools already; one that teaches Krav Maga, and another that focuses on Shaolin Kung Fu. I was looking at the Nashville MMA website, and they seem to be pretty serious. I am interested in their hybrid program that teaches Thai Kickboxing and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. Has anybody on here taken any classes at this school? And if so, what did you think?
