should i keep training?
i have been training at my local mma gym (mixed martial arts) and about 3 days ago we did No Gi Wrestling and after the night was over i had really sore quad muscles, and there still sore to the day and i think i should stop training for a while but my dad says to keep pushing it and its normal, can i cause any damage to my body if i keep goin

You’re only sore, you’re not injured in any way.
That’s the result to training that your body is not used to. Especially if you’re not a begginer, you’re probably not very strong and aren’t used to any strength training/strength sport, if even any sport.
You can’t cause any damage to your body. As i said it’s just your body reacting to new training. Mind that even if your body is used to rough stuff, it can still react to new stuff that way. Now it’s up to you.
Why do you train? If you train to compete and become a top fighter, then you can’t afford to stop training.
If you train just for the training, then do as you feel. It might even be better.
