1. Run at least 2 times a day

It was known that Bruce Lee run everyday in his life at least twice a day. He said when you run, you build up your cardiovascular system which will improve the blood flow around your body. To make your muscles act quick, you have to make sure you have a quick blood supply to your muscles. Failure to have a quick blood supply, your fast twitching muscle will run out of energy will lose it’s speed. Hence, you should at least run twice a day for about 5-6 miles a day.

2. Do push ups with your fist

When you look at pictures of Bruce Lee, you will see that he is very muscular around his shoulder blades and arms. You can actually see pictures of him doing push-ups with just his finger tips. Bruce Lee’s training secret was too do many pushups in a day as possible. He was known to do 600-700 pushups a day.

3. Punch leaves from a tree

If you shake or punch a tree, leaves will fall. This is a good time to punch them when they are falling down as many as you can. This is hard then what you think it is. If you can do about 7 then you’re pretty good. Try to do as many as you can, and then improve on it everyday. This will improve accuracy and speed at the same time.
