Mixed Martial Arts Training Gyms
my husband wants to open a mixed martial art gym would you join something like that?
he wants it 24 hours, to have a ring where they could train and spar and some weights to build up. would something like that sound interesting to anyone?… those interested whats your age and profession?
We operate two full service gyms, open 24 hours a day.
If you are only going to offer MMA, you need to concentrate on a place to rent for maybe 5-6 hours per day. MMA alone will not support a 24 gym. Martial arts alone will not support a 24 hour gym, nor will weight training. If you are not prepared to offer full service then don’t even consider the investment.
Develop a business plan. How many members will it take at X amount of dues, paid by Y the number of members, to support your monthly monthly bills? After you figure out how much you need to charge each member, and how many members you need, you can test that figure against your market. If that figure is higher than the amount people are willing and able to pay in a market then you know the chances of your business success or failure.
