If I got new MMA gloves do you wrap your hands?
Im a boxer switching over to MMA and want to know if i should wrap my hand as if i was training for boxing or do you us no wraps?
There are mixed feelings towards this answer.
Personally, I don’t wrap my hands under my gloves. I feel its too resrictive when I try to grab. My instructor doesn’t either.
But I know alot of guys that do. Pros also wrap their hands.
You also have to consider this when you buy your gloves. I laugh at how many people think they can buy gloves, wrap thier hands, and then can’t figure out why they don’t fit.
This is more of a personal preference question. I hope my input helped.
