How ironic is this from a scale of 1-10?

Now with the complete mainstream of ufc certain situations like this happen… When I’m at class and some mma fan would start talking about ufc and brazilian jiu jitsu, i would go on to ask them, “Do you know what is gracie jiu jitsu?” He told me that brazilian jiu jitsu would beat it with it’s elbows. Also bonus question how high do you consider the ignorance level of today’s youth?

Your second question is the real question here.

The youth of today have reached a level of ignorance that is truly saddening. I blame this on whoever it was who gave kids certain rights to privacy and made physical discipline a crime.

They are allowed to basically live their own lives and reject guidance. And as parents, we are not allowed to force guidance on them because we are labeled as hostile towards the kids.

Children are allowed to disrespect their parents. They can only be spoken to. Yet if they commit a capital crime when older, the state is allowed to put them to death.

I would rather whip my kid’s asss raw for the bad things he’s done than for a state to be allowed to kill him because he did something that I wasn’t allowed to put in check from the time he was able to be taught right from wrong.

Abusing ANYONE, much less Children is evil. But putting stripes on their asss never killed anyone.

Even if the parent screams at them, they threaten their own parents with calling child services.

This is a disgrace. This is what has cause the destruction of the family structure.

This is why there is so much ignorance in kids. We as parents are supposed to let them grow on their own and allow others to teach them what is right from what is wrong.

It is an abomination.

After reading the first answer, I will point out that he is the prime example of what I mean. Note what he says:

That we have to adjust to their “smart love to talk back asses”.

We have to adjust to them??? And they feel this deep in their hearts, because that is what they are taught in school – to go against their own parents, and they will have someone supporting them for doing it.
