Chuck Liddell said his goals are “still” to get a shot at the title… do you believe he is going to get up from his couch and train twice as hard? and be smarter next time? or will he just retire?
He’s not going to retire but he also won’t fight anytime soon. That knockout was so severe the doctors won’t let him fight for a while. He just caught by a punch that he didn’t think Rashad had. Reminds me a lot of when Rahman knocked out Lennox Lewis with a big shot and think Lennox came back and destroyed him. Thats what I’m expecting with Chuck. It was weird seeming him stalk Rashad when the majority of the big shots Chuck lands and counter shots are from odd angles.
