Local MMA gyms or training places/partners?
I have been really interested in joining some form of MMA competition. I’m not gonna shoot too high and say UFC but maybe some day. i wanted to know if anyone knew of any MMA gyms or places to train in Sacramento. Or maybe a training partner. Thanks
No, but you want to start with ju jitsu. This is probably the most important element of the sport. Look up self defence, or martial arts in the yellow pages.
