UFC 116 Information

UFC 116 will be held July 3rd, 2010 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The headlining fight is Brock Lesnar vs, Carvin. Brcok is the current heavyweight champion and Shane Carwin won the interim heavyweight championship at UFC 111 by defeating Frank Mir. Championship fights are always hard hitting and entertaining to watch. Watch UFC 116.
Roy Nelson will now fight Junior dos Santos in UFC 117 since a back injury sidelined Cheick Kongo indefinitely and he can no longer fight in UFC 116. Alessio Sakara has also withdrawn from UFC 116 due to the death of his father. Alessio Sakara was scheduled to fight Nate Marquardt. Jacob Volkmann and Paul Kelly were originally schedule to fight in the preliminary fights but Kelly could not work out via issues and the fight will be rescheduled.
The main card for UFC 116 is packed with great fights, especially the Heavyweight Championship fight!
